Mr. Stuart Hamilton Leckie --- Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Leckie was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association, and was the Chairman of the International Actuarial Association's China Committee. He has served as the Chairman of Watson Wyatt in Asia Pacific, Chairman of Fidelity Investments, Asia Pacific, Independent Director of Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, Director of Exchange Fund Investment Ltd. and President of the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong. Additionally, he has served on three committees of Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Leckie qualified as an Actuary in the United Kingdom in 1972. Mr. Stuart Hamilton Leckie is the chairman of the audit committee and the chairman of the nomination committee.
