Ms. Yanling Chen --- Chief Financial Officer

Ms Chen joined Kangzhe Shenzhen Pharmaceutical in 1995 and is currently the Group's Chief Financial Officer. responsible for CMSH's financial management. Ms. Chen has been heavily involved in financial due diligence, financial integration and the financial management of the Group's business. She received her accountancy qualification in 1997 and an EMBA from International East-West University in 1999.
