| In 1996, CMS successfully acquired a manufacturing facility in Hunan, now called Kangzhe (Hunan) Medical Co., Ltd. Through investment, upgrading and enhancement of the facility, the manufacturing plant was issued GMP certificates for the production of the following dosage forms: tablets, capsules, granules, powders, small volume parenteral solutions, lyophilized powders for injection and raw materials of peptides. With the manufacturing capacity of Kangzhe Hunan, the Group can manufacture our own self-developed products at lower cost, thereby enhancing competitiveness in the market.
