CMS believes that the marketing strategy should always be academic-leaded and adapt to the changeable market conditions. According to the reform of P.R.C pharmaceutical market, CMS would not only strengthen the existing marketing, but also make further improvement and enforcement to it. In fact, it would actively exploit the market for new drugs, find new ways of marketing, and make greater efforts to improve the sales team and work harder to broaden its business.

As early as in 1995, CMS firstly applied the computer system into its sales management, superior to other domestic pharmaceutical companies. With the belief that the success of an enterprise depends very much on "First in product quality" and "First in service rendered" all along, CMS successfully created a new network platform of management named "CMS2001ERP", and updated it in time. Now, CMS Group enjoys very much the over-all benefits from it.
