Marketing Strategy


Over the years, we have established a over 700-member strong, highly motivated and highly professional sales and marketing team. They are responsible for the sales and marketing of the CMS products all over China. This professional team continues to grow to accommodate our fast growing businesses.

Prior to the launch of each product into the market, extensive marketing research and technical surveys are conducted to determine the efficacy and market acceptance of the product in order to secure a prominent standing once the product is launched. This extensive marketing research, in combination with the later promotional activities, greatly enhances market awareness and consumption.

Academic promotions usually start with large scale, well-publicized symposia chaired by influential key opinion leaders with well known scholars as invited speakers. The symposia are followed by smaller seminars and on-site hospital visits by our regional sales managers to ensure high quality customer service.

Our sales headquarters is equipped with an ERP system, which connects with all branch offices and provides real-time supervision of all marketing activities and performance ratings of the sales teams. This system not only increases the transparency of the management of branch offices, but also safeguards the benefits of all employees and increases their work efficiency.
