CMS 010-26, is in pre-clinical stage to date, targeted for the
treatment of nephritis.
Chronic renal failure caused by chronic nephritis accounts 50
to 60 per cent. of total urologic diseases, which seriously
threatens public health. It is viewed as the 3rd most prevalent
killer, just behind cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Regarding CMS 010-26, the Group is hoping to complete all the
pre-clinical studies and submit an IND application to SFDA and
commence Phase I clinical trials within 2008.
